Don la Fontaine of Melbourne, Australia, has been a friend in woodworking for a couple of years now. He has kindly sent

This fine specimen comes to us from far, far away -- Thailand and Jon Truelove. He says he works mainly in teak which is readily available
where he lives. He must have lots and lots of patience to do such detailed work, but most would agree the work is astonishing. We look forward to hearing more about his woodworking "cultural sphere" in the
